How to Contact Niagara Tinting
Different types of tinting work are handled differently. Please use the instructions below so your request can be understood and priced properly.
Automotive Tinting
Automotive appointments are generally made by phone or in person only.
Please call with your vehicle year, make, model, body style, and the windows you want tinted.
Appointments are not normally booked by email, Facebook, text message, or similar messaging.
Residential Tinting
For residential flat glass tinting, email measurements and photos to info@niagaratinting.com.
Include the width and height of each pane of glass to be tinted. If several panes are the same size, they can be grouped together.
Commercial Tinting
For commercial flat glass projects, email photos, measurements, business location, and a description of what you want the film to accomplish.
More complicated commercial jobs may require a site visit before final pricing is confirmed.

Extra parking is available at the rear of the building if needed.

Before You Visit
Niagara Tinting may occasionally be away from the shop performing residential or commercial flat glass work. Calling ahead is recommended before visiting.
During the day, it is not always possible to answer the phone immediately. You may need to leave a message or call back.
Niagara Tinting works during posted business hours and does not perform after-hours residential or commercial installation work.
What to Include in an Email
For residential and commercial flat glass estimates, good information helps avoid delays and makes it easier to discuss film options.
Measurements
Provide the width and height of each pane of glass to be tinted. Repeated same-size panes can be grouped together.
Photos
Send clear photos of the windows, surrounding trim, access area, furniture, blinds, curtains, displays, desks, shelving, or anything that may affect installation.
Your Goal
Explain whether the main concern is glare, heat, privacy, appearance, security, UV exposure, or another issue.
Samples Are Available at the Shop
Niagara Tinting has samples available at the shop, including a small sample window showing how film looks after installation.
Take-home samples may also be available so customers can temporarily tape them to their own windows and view them during sunny, overcast, daytime, and nighttime conditions.
